Fresh Mushroom Sales

Eastcoast Mushrooms is a pocket-sized gourmet mushroom farm located on the Central Coast, New South Wales. We specialise in growing the highest quality mushroom species, focusing on Pearl Oyster, Pink Oyster, Shiitake, and Lions Mane.

Our state-of-the-art facility has been purpose-built to produce these varieties, with a focus being on supplying the local community and local restaurant industry with a high-quality option that the common button, brown, or portabello cannot fulfil.
