This all-in-one blend of Malt Extract and Agar Agar Powder creates the perfect medium for culturing mushrooms in petri dishes and test tubes. We've packaged this up in a resealable pouch for convenience and storage. Also available as PDA, MEA, PDYA, MYA.
 
Custom recipes are available upon request. All varieties can also be made with antibiotics upon request for cloning wild specimens or cleaning up bacterial cultures.
 
Add an entire bag to the recommended amount of water and autoclave or pressure cook at 15psi for 45 minutes. Allow agar to cool until you can hold the bottle then pour your plates.
 
20g add 500ml of water and this will fill 20 Petri dishes
40g add 1L of water and this will fill 40 Petri dishes
80g add 2L of water and this will fill 80 Petri dishes
