Once you have harvested and dried your mushrooms, you will need to store them properly. A small amount of mushrooms can go a long way in your pantry and if stored properly they can have an extended life.
 
These mylar bags are of excellent quality, with a good strong ziplock seal and are made from a food-grade thicker than usual material to ensure safe storage. They also look schmick, in Matt Black with a little window so you can see inside. Presentable for market stalls/retail shelves/pantries as they stand upright.  
Holds half an ounce in each pack (or around 15 grams of dried mushrooms).

--BEST PRACTICES--
Use Silica Gel Desiccant packs in your Mylar bags, it is really disappointing when (even if the mushrooms feel really dry) - they are packed in an air-tight bag without desiccant and become chewy/soft/soggy and even mouldy.
